Municipal Court is held the second Thursday of each month in   the County Courthouse on Marion Street in Eatonton. Court begins at 9:00 a.m. and lasts until all cases are heard.

City Attorney - Chris Huskins

Chris Huskins of the Huskins’ Law Firm is the City’s Attorney providing legal advice on ordinances, contracts and other  matters affecting the City’s business. 

Municipal Court Judge - Hugh Ridgeway III

The Honorable Dave Ridgeway is the City’s municipal court Judge. Court proceedings are held the first Monday each      month in the courtroom at the police station on West Marion Street. To see if a fine can be paid prior to a scheduled court  date please call the Eatonton Police Department at (706) 485-3551.

City Solicitor - Michael Gailey

Michael Gailey of the Gailey Law firm acts as the City Solicitor prosecuting cases in municipal court for the City of Eatonton.
